what did it say he did? up here in Seattle we have people who are having mental health crisis is all the time, they scream and act out and even destroy property but they're not criminals. they're committing criminal acts but they have mental illnesses. That's why they're supposed to be putting the treatment but unfortunately our state stripped away treatment plans because of Republicans don't believe that they're worth funding.

Right! she's only 23, she's probably dealing with mental health issues from what it sounds like she needs some therapy and not a gun permit. "officer" Ian Birk who shot my friend John T Williams after not even knowing who he was was only 26. John T Williams was an OG native Carver who been out here in the Seattle streets for decades along with his family, he was an older disabled native American man who carved totem poles and he was homeless. he was hard of hearing and went officer Birk who was only 26 years old and not even from this city (he's from a racist part of Washington), he came over barking orders at John T Williams and telling him to drop his carving knife but John didn't hear him, and the young officer shot and killed him in under 8 seconds. is heartbreaking. I'll never forget that.

I know up here in Seattle we have security that monitors each block nowadays. it's crazy. I don't know where that kind of security was when I was a homeless teenager hustling to survive back in the '90s but we basically were on our own back then. In doing drugs in public and s*** that they do nowadays, hell no. we would have got swept straight to juvenile detention and the NRF program😂 like we sure the f*** did smh

a robotic cops not going to be able to take it into consideration the unique nuances of each situation that make cases humanistic, lol if that makes sense. basically we need to have that human sense of empathy and understanding of each unique situation to judge it appropriately before making potentially fatal determinations.

You have to prove that you believe that your life was in eminent threat and she can't prove that based upon a projectile being thrown at that distance. if it was point blank range, if he was within like 5 to 10 ft that would be different. but he threw an object as he was running away and you cannot fire based upon that. I was just hitting my mouth with a heavy metal object really bad by my ex partner the day after mother's Day, I'm only 5'5 and 115 lb and he's 6'3 and 205 lb looking like a whole bootleg Tyson Beckford do this buff as f***. And I have a CPO and Carrie and trust me I knew I couldn't fire back upon him at that moment because he threw it at my face and ran. but he did leave his girlfriend standing like a stuck chicken so I beat the brakes off of her for a heartbeat before she ran away and started calling for 911, which was stupid because her boyfriend had just assaulted me severely. but I ate that punch like a champ because he didn't realize I practice Muay Thai and also I've been working out for 15 years😂 he thought I was a weak Karen from the suburbs because I'm an older white woman in my forties but he didn't realize that I'm an OG who used to bang blood that grew up on the west coast streets between Seattle and the Bay area and with schooled by a Rasta out of fillmore and his Jamaican daddy 😂 I ate that can of paint like a champ And even though I needed to get root canals on my front teeth which I just got last week finally, he didn't knock them out. he thought that he really did something to me. And I told him if he ever tries to put hands on me again I don't care if I do get convicted, don't play with me. lol he's going to see the sig come out because with the force he hit me with it sent me to the ER with a TBI, I got a concussion and the doctor said he could have killed me.

@UniversitySecurity yeah I don't know the laws down there, I'm sure they're more lenient than where I'm at but we got some pretty raising gun laws up here and you are definitely allowed to protect yourself IF You can prove that you believed that you were in imminent threat, that is if it goes to trial or jury has to believe a reasonable person would believe that their life was seriously in danger. throwing a brick at that distance is not going to be found by a reasonable person to be putting somebody's life at danger, for the most part. however throwing a brick head on at point blank rage towards your head is a different story. That's why I saw the case by case basis. she going to go to prison for this.

That's why I didn't carry for a really long time cuz I even put myself into anger management cuz I used to brandish. I had an SKS back in the day after I've been in an abusive relationship I've seen a white boy beating up on his girl and I sure the f*** did pull over and when he pulled over with me I popped my trunk and all that... And my red nose ran away from me and everything that day as some h I was really blowing it cuz I got anger issues still to this day from all the trauma and that's why I don't carry my s*** even though I have a gun and a CPL and all that. I don't care it with me and I keep it in the lock box cuz my anger is an issue. I even had left it at my uncle's house for 15 years cuz I was dealing with depression And only recently got it back out because I was dealing with somebody who assaulted me.
