  2. That first dude has antisocial personality disorder, he's likely a sociopath, not a psychopath. Either way, he has no remorse and he feels justified for what he did. I would not constitute that is insanity, because insanity is psychosis. Psychosis is most often indicated by paranoia, delusions, hallucinations, word salad, inability to express oneself coherently. I didn't watch the First full interview though, maybe he did express some paranoid statements, especially with regards why he shot his buddy take getting to go out of state or whatever that was. Perhaps he had a delusional reason to leave the state.
