41:35 he is likely like me, on the autism spectrum with low support needs (used to be called Asperger's). We tend to come off as more mature than others our age, and we tend to be victims of trauma more often as well.

@NubiaRa444 exactly. I am autistic and I feel that this young man might be on the spectrum and likely is, we are known to not hold back and to clearly communicate exactly how we feel, no passive b*******. The way that he said that he speaks when he wants to also leads me to believe that he can be nonverbal, people think that autistic children can't speak physically but what it really is is it's a form of selective mutism that stems from anxiety and trauma.

 @kellyrodgers4939 the attorney we are talking about is the defense! Not the ones trying to get the guy locked up. Henry has a male attorney.
