@iwasthere2 he doesn't plagiarize anything because he's presenting it in his own way. Plagiarizing is directly taking the words of something else. It's not like he's stealing somebody's fictional ideas and presenting the mess his own. There's general only one or very few pathways that these concepts he discusses can work correctly. It's up to him to present it in a way that's captivating to the audience.

@chrispy1965 because they don't. As a teacher and a student, a lot of instructors don't practice these type of techniques. There's no formal school that teaches teachers how to instruct come up that's what makes education here in the United States challenging because a lot of teachers have their own personal style, of course I'm sure that's an international issue as well lol But that's what makes some teachers better than others.

@allochris That's crazy, here in Washington state I've always been able to choose what class I want to teach and what school I want to be at. That being said I've only worked in the capacity of a part-time teacher and also as a substitute throughout various school districts in the area, I have no idea what it would be like for a tenured full-time school teacher, they probably get very little pull at the beginning when they are first starting out. My fifth grade teacher was a preeve namedMr Shayne "Laurence" Hill at Broadview Thompson elementary School in Seattle, if you Google him you'll see the type of pull that he had there. The type that cost the school district like 1.8 million dollars in lawsuits or somethig wild. Some teachers🤮(talking about mr hill) have a lot of power, and others are shrugged off.

@vilmarmoccelin where do you live where they don't pay well? Where I live teachers easily make $100k a year, 40% of teachers who have 15 years teaching experience (and that can include experience working as a teacher's assistant as far back as grade school, it doesnt have to be "with a district") make over 100k. My friend's daughter is 27 and makes over that and she's been teaching since she got out of high school, she worked as a teacher and mentor throughout her high school as well and graduated early when she was 16 through a college program. It's a pretty high paying job. When I was growing up one of my older cousins was a teacher and she was extremely wealthy, she worked for a different school district and made tons of money, I always thought she was super rich lol She wasn't really that rich but I mean they had enough money to own horses and a stable 🍾📈 and drive luxury cars and have a breeding pair of those Newfoundland dogs... It's crazy how people's lives work out. Her husband got second passed away from cancer and she met a guy who worked at Boeing and got married to him. Around that time her adult daughter got married to a man who also worked at Boeing. My cousins mom's sister, my great aunt, she had a daughter who married a guy who worked at Boeing. I'm late, how come I can't find anybody who wants to marry me at ALL😂😂😂 All those women were teachers as well, I guess men dont like women in construction or project managers😂

Thats awesome 🎉 my dad is almost 80 and grew up in a town called Cutbank. I grew up riding various scooters but never a 2 speed! My brother had 2 speed dirt bikes that he would make runs for (That's back before Seattle became gentrified and you could actually build sidewalk ramps in the neighborhood for kids to play on). I rode on it a few times and the lack of shock absorption was...shocking to say the least😂 i remember hating it. That was around the time I was riding a Honda elite,. probably 10 or 11.😂 Good stuff!

@jeffrandolf5673 I agree with you and I hate the fact in today's society everybody wants to question an individual's personal choices on whether they are able to continue work or not, as if it is a choice one WANTS to make! But in this day and age one alwayss to preemptively explain their motives, least they be questioned by commentary contrarians!
