@limen7679 You don't even have a simple majority. But you'd never get even a Dem majority senate to pack the court. It's similar to the lawfare. Only about 30% are lunatic shitlibs. The lawfare boosted Trump's support, because average, say union Democrats, just thought you guys were lunatics who wanted to burn the system down for their own personal gain. @limen7679 That proved how out of touch the Harris campaign was. The Cheney endorsement (of Harris) was a huge gift to the Trump campaign.

That's such a fantasy that Biden would get the votes to pack the SC. All through the campaign they were using a failed border bill as a talking point. It never left committee and had 6 Democrats vote against it.
