Intersex people are still either male or female. They have a mutation where the XX or XY chromosome is XXX, XXY, or XYY. They're still male if and only if they have a Y. And they also tend to have learning disabilities, XXX., while XXY tend to have physical problems and fertility problems, thought they're still male. They're not other genders.

@Celestina0 Not sure how that's relevant. A pentagon isn't a square. But someone with XXY or XYY chromosomes is still a man. Seder is just flat out wrong the chromosome abnormalities mean that there's more than two sexes.

@Celestina0 You're the one creating new definitions, not me. People who are XXY or XYY have a penis and testicles, and no female genitalia.

@Celestina0 I suppose you can differentiate gender and sex. My point is that Seder's point doesn't work. Someone who is XXY is not a hermaphrodite.

@Celestina0 "But you haven't demonstrated that" Yes, I have. They are born with testicles and a penis, not with a uterus and vagina. This is getting really ridiculous (this current political debate within the left). A judge has to know the definition of "woman" and "man". The nominee was asked about an important case "VA military academy vs US" The academy had a policy of admitting no women. How could she possibly judge such a case when she doesn't know what a woman is.
