  2.  @robertelmo7736  It's just for movie action. There's no such thing as a "hand held" minigun. In Predator, the shots with Blaine's mini gun were shot with the cord hidden down Jesse Ventura's pant leg in plugged into a power source. Also, the rate of fire was slowed down, so he wouldn't get blown over.
