  3. I've heard that they rarely prosecute people who lie on background check forms. It asks whether you were convicted of a crime, were dishonorably discharged, have a mental health history. People lie and fail the background. Then they rarely prosecute for lying.

  4.  Fast Internet  I suppose filling out forms inaccurately is a crime. The same way as filling out tax forms incorrectly is illegal. I don't think the IRS cares if you "forgot" about some income. They consider it a "lie". Hunter actually lied. He put down that he had no drug problem, and lied about his military record.
