  1. The indictment is too nonsensical to even defend against. It doesn't state the "crime" he covered up. Furthermore, there are signed written statements from Ms. Daniels stating the affair never happened, and from Cohen's former lawyer stating that Trump had nothing to do with the payment.

  5. I'm thinking they might actually do something with their immunity ruling. Broad enough immunity will put a stop to this. These cases took place during Trump's presidency. The hush money payment (which was by Cohen, not Trump, but nothing here makes any sense.)

  6. This ridiculous Constitution defying fake case is making the SCOTUS more likely to rule in favor of a higher degree of constitutional immunity for the president. The hush money payment (which even Cohen said in writing Trump had nothing to do with) was done while Trump was president. The Constitutionalists Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch are undoubtably disgusted by this nonsense, while the centrist Roberts is thinking that the ruling should be made to prevent these idiots from burning down the republic.
