@limitlessapocalypse2702 An ex-president can view any classified documents. The document classification authority originates with the President as Commander in Chief.

@limitlessapocalypse2702 Not true. The president can declassify documents at will. Clinton was sued over taking documents with him. The judge ruled that the act of taking the documents was a declassification, and that as a former president he had the right to possess them.

@limitlessapocalypse2702 The documents were moved when Trump was president. Clinton was sued for moving documents when he left, and the court ruled: 1) The act of moving the documents was enough to declassify them. 2) He had the right to have declassified document, which were then his personal documents, 3) The classification was his authority, not the Archive's.

It's weird how they're able to just ignore the most important fact -- that the power of classification and declassification originates with the president, not the bureaucracies. This is just as stupid as when they were shrieking that Trump committed "obstruction of justice" when he fired Comey. Underling bureaucrats cannot ursurp constitutional powers from the president.

@vidlink The president doesn't even have the codes (which are in the launch sites). He has a card with a two word confirmation code, that he has to tell the generals as confirmation of his order.

@limitlessapocalypse2702 The White House doesn't keep documents on technical weapons secrets. Nuclear weapons design and maintenance is done at Los Alamos, and other government labs. You people are so gullible.

@limitlessapocalypse2702 This scandal exists on the misinformation you're repeating. But, wait and see. It's not going anywhere. The authority of classification/declassification lies with the president, not the Archives or the FBI. As soon as this is judged by a higher court, it is over.

@limitlessapocalypse2702 " if it “does not go anywhere” because of sheer corruption, same with Clinton all over again." The Constitution isn't "sheer corruption". The swamp wants documents to be kept in bureaucratic limbo, and never to be seen, because they're protecting their own asses.

You just know agents are sniffing Melania's panties.

You just know that FBI agents are sniffing Melania's panties.

The leaks even show that they have nothing. "Trump had classified information on foreign nuclear capability." So he had a letter from Kim Jung Un, with info on their nuclear weapons program. As an expresident he has a top security clearance, and is entitled to view and possess such documents.

LOL Your medical records are stored in a room every hospital employee has the key to. Government documents are "protected" from the public because bureaucracies are protecting their power.
