  1. CRT was around for decades, going back to the 80s. But it's a recent development that schools and the mainstream left has become radical. It was created by academics who were bitter about the civil rights movement, because it didn't create equality. But they're no reason it would. It was just equality under the law.

  2.  Clarence Spangle  Derrick Bell is responsible for CRT in particular. They opposed Brown vs Board of Education. Because they were Marxists, and equality under law was not what they wanted. They wanted equality of outcome. Which is total BS. The point of the Civil Rights Movement was to stop states from violating some people's constitutional rights.

  3.  Clarence Spangle  The Frankfurt School is responsible for cultural marxism. CRT is a particular example of cultural marxism. Cultural Marxism is the basis for most no talent PhD theses in America. Because it's formulaic. You just take any subject, eg race for CRT, and then apply marxist principles.
