  3. Gag orders are normally to protect the defendant's right to an impartial jury. This is how rigged trials work. They're also violating his 6th amendment right to know the precise crime he's accused of. I heard that in the court the judge is really patient with the prosecution, but when Trump's lawyers are testifying, he's all "Hurry up. Speed things up."
