  1. He obviously didn't do it by accident in Minneapolis. He had no check bags, so he knew it wasn't his. And the surveillance footage shows him pulling the owner's ID tag off of it. Committing the same crime (a felony) just after getting charged is brazen. He needs to be convicted and given the usual sentence.
