  1. The polls might be inaccurate. Anyone with a retirement account or say, a college trust fund account, has seen 25% of it disappear. And people are having a harder time paying the bills because of soaring prices. That's already the middle class and the low income who are getting shafted by the Biden administration. Who actually has been helped by them? Investors in "green energy", Ukraine, and people with TDS who think the ridiculous overreach with the FBI is a good idea?

  4.  @thurin84  No functioning country is a "true democracy". If issues were settled on straight majoritarian votes, then the country would implode. For example, if water rights in California were by majority vote, then the farmers would get nothing.
