  1. In the long run, this will ruin legal careers. Just look up the reasoning the prosecutor and judge used to raise this to a felony charge. They're using a clause that says if the fraudulent record was used to cover up a crime. But there was no crime. (Trump has no criminal record). And the state court can't convict Trump of a federal campaign violation. They have no jurisdiction. So Trump is being unlawfully charged right off the bat.

  2.  @dhaltonmiller1215  Yes he will. The Constitution sets the only requirements for running: natural born citizen and over 35. These BS legal attacks always give away the low information intended audience. A criminal charge or conviction doesn't disqualify from running.
