@hnewc1919 There isn't a domestic terrorism statute. The executions are all aggravated murders. They used to execute pedophiles and rapists. I don't know if that makes you nervous, it doesn't me.

I''m not a major proponent of the death penalty. But it's bad ass, so you need to admire it. The argument for it is that the state (through taxpayer funds) has to house and care for someone who is unworthy of life. Think of Norway supporting and caring for Anders Brevic for life, when he murdered 99 young people. That is top tier cuck behavior.

@thefool8224 They employ selective prosecution. Eg. a leftoid sets fire to the White House security booth June 2020 and there are no charges. Then someone enters the capitol after the Trump speech and gets 3-6 months. But am I afraid they're going to give me the death penalty for a traffic ticket? No.

The ACLU is broken. It used to be an admirable pro-constitution organization. Now it's just another, anti-civil rights, ADL or SPLC.
