You're misquoting the Trump/Cohen call. Trump said "Don't pay in cash." Cohen "-------" Trump "Check". The media has been removing the "don't", so that it falsely has Trump saying "pay in cash." Cohen's lawyer Lanny Davis has been lying about this to the press.
