  1. The Democrat political overreach is forcing these rulings, like the Presidential immunity ruling. Then the Democrats melt down that their radicalism has been checked. For example, presidents already had limited immunity, like a judge. But the SCOTUS was forced to codify it because the Democrats were prosecuting Trump for actions that were his prerogative as president, i.e. investigating election fraud.
