It only takes a wikipedia level of knowledge to know Cleopatra was Greek and was the queen of the Ptolemaic empire that ruled Egypt, a Greek empire. She was Macedonian Greek. She was white.

@David-bf6bz This was around 50BC. The Turks didn't exist. But there were many Greek states. She's famous because it was the end of the Hellenistic period. Afterwards, the Romans took over.

@VeraldoAncodini Those distinctions didn't exist then. It was part of the Greek diaspora, just like the Ptolemaic empire, which wasn't Greece either. It's like saying that Romans were only from modern day Italy.

@MemeinAndDreamin It's true that every political article on wikipedia is pure aids/cancer on wikipedia. There are leftwing editors that exclude others. And they're also just down stream from the "reliable sources" which is the MSB which is full of lies. So they're basically a summary of the CNN/MSNBC deep state misinformation. But with esoteric subjects there tends to be real articles.

@RockStarOscarStern634 Wikipedia is BS for current events and politics. But is decent for science, history, engineering. It's supposed to be a synopsis of the published sources So fo current politics it's a synopsis of the fake news media. For example, the page on "Cultural Marxism" was changed to "Cultural Marxism antisemitic conspiracy theory". And the old article was renamed to "Marxist cultural studies", which is obviously just what Cultural Marxism is. So it's not just down stream from the lying media, but leftist editors f-ck with articles.
