  2. It's not even "he said/she said". Every witness that Ford named will not corroborate her story. The sex crimes prosecutor, Rachel Mitchell, even wrote a memo explaining that this doesn't meet the criterion for even a preponderance of the evidence or probable cause. It really frustrates me how every progressive is trying to reverse the standards of evidence. It's only the plaintiff who has to prove anything. Every regressive fuck is telling me that the witnesses don't help Kavanaugh because "the didn't see it not happen", as if that's possible.
