  2. "On purpose"? As a screw up, it wasn't on purpose. Because of this evidence tampering, the case is dead for all practical purposes. The only explanation is that TDS makes people stupid. Like Jack Smith telling the Supreme Court that he needs to hurry this up and get a verdict before the election; a thinking person would know that the SCUTUS wasn't sympathetic to using trials to interfere in elections.

  3. The media is lying about this case by omission. They're reporting that Judge Cannon is suspending the case, but they're not reporting that Jack Smith tampered with evidence, and the other shenanigans exposed in the unredacted court documents.
