  1. The interesting thing is that they wont actually defend CRT. They'll give you the useful idiot version, i.e. liberal anti-racism, and defend that. If you tell them the actual content of the papers by Derrick Bell, Kimberle Crenshaw, Gary Peller, they have a melt down. What made them think this would fly? I actually found the papers interesting. A paper by Gary Peller actually worries that racial integration will "lead to the destruction of the black race". That's the exact same argument made by the white nationalists.

  2. Leftist believe the state owns the children, not their parents. The Democrats want a European style welfare state. But same as CRT, the wider public in the US would never accept it.

I will quote the experts, and then they get totally triggered. It's a neo-Marxist analysis of race, from the black identity point of view, that opposes the liberal notion that race should be irrelevant to politics, public policy, etc.

  4. A lot of CRT mirrors white nationalism. There's a paper in "Key Writings of CRT", by Gary Peller "Race Consciousness" where he laments that integration might lead to the "destruction of the black race". It's also illuminating as to why they flipped the F out when Trump won. They thought he had the same ideology, but opposed to them.
