Isn't the judge going to think it's weird when he sentences people for misdemeanors, trespass, assault, vandalism, and then sees that the defendant has been in solitary confinement for 8 months, or a year if this drags on? Granted there are bad judges, such as the weirdo who presided over Flynn's case, but most have respect for the system.
