  2. He's kind of like Trump, in that they tried to take him out with BS, that didn't even make any sense. He supposedly sexually harassed a woman by remarking that there was a pubic hair on his Coke can. And the Sniffer in Chief was in charge of the hearing. That lunchroom dilemma can sometimes be solved by checking the color of the hair.

  3.  @SuperXrayDoc  Conservative in judicial theory, basically what I meant. Progressives hate that, because absolute rights are an obstacle to expansive laws and government.
