  1. Incompetence is endemic to this administration. It's full of the busibodies you find working in offices who organize committees and constantly discuss the "workplace environment" -- the people who run the "diversity" seminars. The guy in charge of nuclear waste disposal didn't last 6 months.

Pete Buttigiege discusses making the work environment for gay pilots more hospitable. "When a pilot can acknowledge that they're gay, they can work much better." But he couldn't keep the FAA functioning.
