  1. The indictment couldn't be more fake. To get past the statute of limitations Bragg had to raise the charge to a felony on the grounds that the Trump organization fraudulently recorded the hush money as a legal expense (hush money is always listed as a legal expense) to cover up a crime. But Bragg cannot say what that "crime" is. That's a violation of the Sixth Amendment. You are entitled to know what you are accused of.
