  3.  Eisen Chao  Bill Barr is totally right. Doing anything to make the election less secure, or undermining trust in it, is playing with fire. I can't believe Hillary Clinton publicly stated "Under no circumstances should Biden concede." I'd rather have slow Joe than civil war. But she'd rather have civil war than Trump. Fortunately, as in Georgia gov. race, it wont matter. If Trump gets EC win, then he'll win.
