  1. A Constitutionalist/originalist constitution doesn't even interfere with abortion law. Overruling Roe v Wade will not change abortion law in CA and NY. They're pissed that such a court limits their power, though. They want to overturn Citizen's United. But you can't ban super-pacs without violating first amendment rights.
