They're obviously going to railroad him. Then this will get overturned on appeal. There's no way that this is even constitutional--confiscating someone's business and wealth, just for political reasons. He never defaulted on a loan. The banks decide who they lend to, and the government agencies decide the tax evaluation. This case is not legitimate.

@thilli1859 "Umm except his freedom and millions of dollars" That does not depend on how he conducts himself in court. These are clown courts, not real trials. They'll throw the book at him, and the cases will be overturned on appeal.

@thilli1859 He's losing this case anyways. The judge decided him guilty before the trial. This is just a show trial. Providing good evidence is irrelevant. You think this judge gives a damn?

@thilli1859 The judge doesn't care about evidence. They don't even distinguish between bank assessments and tax assessments. The judge is just going to rule against Trump, because the purpose of this is to punish Trump.
