@thilli1859 The Trump cases aren't even crimes. There is no fraud in the NY bank fraud case. The bank does their property assessments, for loan eligibility, not a judge. The loans were all paid back, on time.

It's not just selective enforcement. There literally was no fraud in the Litidia case. The GA case is unconstitutional, as the first amendment gives you the right to challenge and election. The other cases are equally fraudulent.

@thilli1859 "can you name one crime that a politician committed that is not being equally enforced." Is this a joke. Biden was taking payments from Hunter's position on Burisma and Chinese firms in exchange for exercising US authority on the Ukrainian government favorable to the Ukrainian oligarchs profiting through that company. Now Biden has prioritized sending billions in taxpayer funds to the corrupt Ukrainian government, go figure.

The SCOTUS doesn't have to disqualify the cases under some executive immunity. All these cases are ridiculous exercises in novel interpretations of laws, ignoring established constitutional law and legal precedent, just to get Trump. They should all get thrown out on review.
