The IG report uses as propaganda tactic where they essentially honestly give the facts, but then the summary says something else. It lists gross violations of the standards of probable cause, getting warrants, exclusion of exculpatory evidence, etc. But then it gives a summary unrelated to that, that there was "no political bias". I've noticed NY Times articles written in a similar way, where it gives a summary giving the CNN propaganda, but on page 4 it gives the details contradicting the summary. I got in arguments during the Russia hoax with people who were fooled. Someone told me "This article reports that the 17 intelligence agencies agree that Russia hacked the DNC". Then you read it to page 2, and it says that it's not true that 17 intelligence agencies agree, rather only 4 are "somewhat convinced that".
