  2. This was the best ruling on principle. The majority eloquently ruled that government can only discriminate based on race in extraordinary circumstances, because of the equal protection clause. The "extraordinary circumstances" are examples like stopping a race riot in a prison, not a perpetual college admissions program.

  3.  @VioletDeathRei  Or, it is an obviously counterproductive policy. A black with an academic rank of 40% (among all Harvard applicants) had a better chance of admissions than an Asian in the 90% academic rank. Those students are likely just dropping out.

  4. It's funny that the left is even melting down over the SCUTUS loan forgiveness ruling. It's high school level government class that the president doesn't have spending authority. It has to be passed by congress.
