  1. The special prosecutor's report is pretty funny. It says that he's not guilty because of reason of senility. He didn't even remember when he was VP in the special counsel questioning.

  2. I think the special counsel knew that he had to not recommend prosecuting Biden, because Biden represents the DC establishment. But it's full of belittling and contemptuous descriptions of Biden. It basically says Biden is too far gone, so a jury wouldn't find him guilty. (That doesn't sound like a real legal standard.) But that begs the question; how he can still be president, if he's to senile to be responsible.
