And also not even notifying NATO partners of what is going on, and not even answering the phone when they're wondering what is going on.

  4. It's unsettling seeing the anger in Biden's eyes and voice when he questioned on his rhetoric and policies. It's one thing to be an arrogant asshole, but to be an incompetent bozo and act like that.
