  2.  @gache5952  I would have felt pretty weird given that task and realizing soon that there is nothing there. So he had to come up with BS process violations to create the image that he's actually investigating a scandal. The fraud was so blatant. Because there was a scandal in front of his face. He just refused to look into fusionGPS, the Steele Dossier, Comey, and the complete lack of evidence of "Russian hacking".
