  1. Alvin Brag is actually prosecuting a non-existent crime, raised to a felony. The FEC determines what is a campaign expense. The FEC does not consider Trump's checks to Cohen as campaign expenses. So Trump DID NOT falsify business records, by not recording them as campaign expenses. This is how bad Alvin Bragg is: If Trump's business did record the Cohen payments as a campaign expense, he would be contradicting the FEC, and he would be arguably falsifying records. Also, the law accuses him of "falsifying business records to cover up a crime", but Bragg's indictment mentions no crime. There is nothing criminal about Trump's payments to Cohen, regardless or whether they're attorney retainer checks or a payment to Horseface. Both are legal.

  2. I kind of think leftists non-self-consciously politicize the justice system. They don't believe in the concept of justice in the Constitution.
