  1. I predict the SCOTUS will rule that ex-presidents have partial immunity, which will put an end to most of this. They like to rule in ways to promote stability. And unlike Bragg, Letisha James, Jack Smith, Fani Willis, they also have respect for legal precedent and constitutional law.

  2. This case is so incredibly weak that even the corporate media was making fun of it when Bragg fist announced it last year. The Dems are in lockstep now, pretending it's serious, because of desperation and being the only case before the election. This indictment doesn't even specify the "crime" Trump supposedly covered up by falsifying his business records. The FEC concluded in 2018 that the NDA wasn't a campaign expense. And all they have is the convicted liar, Micheal Cohen claiming that Trump gave him non-verbal instructions to pay the ho. There's no case here. This is more of a clown show than a dark day.
