  1. It's part of a smear campaign to put out the fact that Michael Brown was wanted for a felony when the police stopped him? Why was he walking in the middle of the street after committing a robbery?  He knew he was reported to the police.  It makes me think he must have been really high on something.  Because all common sense would tell him to get off the streets.
