  1. It was supposed to be Obama's attorney general, Loretta Lynch. I've noticed that this "no intent" argument has been adopted by every Democrat, though it doesn't exist in law. They claim "Biden didn't intend to possess classified documents." I don't know how you can accidentally take classified documents. But there is no "intent" in the law. Taking classified documents, without declassification authority like Trump had, is a crime.

  2. This is just election interference. Never in the history of the US, has the incumbent president used his DOJ to go after his top election challenger.

  3. If Trump wins in 2024, he will fire much of the bureaucratic state, because they've been at war with him.
