They've done what they could to nullify the election: recounts, convince the electors to go faithless, calls for impeachment, and fake Russia collusion conspiracy theory. But the American political system is too strong for any of that to work.

  3. The "empire" or alliance that opposed the USSR is what is referred to as the First World. The USA dominated the First World, with it being the only country with a blue ocean navy and having more military strength than all the other countries combined. So you could say that Japan, Taiwan, and S. Korea in Asia and Eastern Europe are part of the US empire, in geopolitical sense. But one thing you've noticed with the idiot Democrats, like Maddow, is that they're trying to goad Trump into more confrontation with Russia. That seems to be just based on the lie that Trump has some secret alliance with Russia. They're just doing it because of butt-hurt over the lost election. So they shouldn't be taken seriously.

  4. No. She was the establishment candidate. The candidate the Washington establishment, the media and financial establishment wanted to win. But she was such a terrible candidate she alienated too many people. The elites did everything they could to nullify the result, but they couldn't. In a real democracy the finances of a major party isn't run by one of the primary candidates. But I'm speaking of the constitutionally established system. Corrupt political parties can still exist.
