  1. Bragg is charging him for covering up a crime by fraudulently reporting a financial transaction. But Bragg wont name what the crime is. (Violation of the 6th amendment) The transaction wasn't a campaign expenditure according to the FEC, so it wasn't misreported. And the transactions happened after the election, but Bragg says it was to "defraud the American people in the election". This isn't just over prosecution, it's a total fraud.
