  5. This is just a standard ruling by a judge doing his job correctly. It's a good sign for the defendant, because as we've particularly Dem judges can be very politically biased. Calling those shot "victims" would presupposed Rittenhouse's guilt. That would prejudice the trial.

  6. The Trump conviction doesn't matter because no one knows what he was actually convicted of. The jury was literally instructed by the judge to each pick a crime from a list. The Supreme Court has ruled that is unconstitutional BTW, the 6th Amendment requires that a defendant knows what they're being accused of.

  8. People are mistaken thinking that a court case is somehow settled law. Dred Scott v Sandford 1857 ruled that a slave who escaped to a free state legally had to be returned to his "owner". If it's a bad ruling, then it's always open to being overturned. That only lasted until 1865 when 13th Amendment. But if it had been an old ruling it wouldn't be sacrosanct. Judges make bad rulings to appease political faction. If they had a reasonable ruling, the Democrats would have accused them fomenting civil war.

The people in the van on the way to this crime were 3 FBI agents, a homeless man, and an anarchist. I use quotes because the FBI likes to set up these crimes, where they unstable people and set them up. They have to be willing, so that it's not legally entrapment. But likely nothing would have happened without the FBI's help.

The Charlottesville killer was trapped in a crowed and when people pounded on his car he drove into the crowd. This guy broke through barricades to get to his target.
