They're replaying this just as in 2016. I'm at a relative's house, who is a Democrat, and msnbc/cnn is alway on, and it's just Trump 95% of the time. He is literally the only thing they talk about. The other 5% is hurricanes or fires.

This cases will all die on appeal. In order for these prosecutors to make these cases, they just had to ignore the constitution, established constitutional law, and established legal precedent. Granted, legal precedent can be overturned, and constitutional rights can be reevaluated, but not like this. A RICO case over what is "petitioning the government for redress of grievances" (cf. 1st amendment) is grossly unconstitutional.

The fact that he's unfazed by this legal war against him, proves he has a much stronger personality. It proves he's the right person to be president. Contrast him with say Cathy Griffin, who did the stupid Trump head stunt. She had an absolute meltdown over the backlash. And she didn't face prosecution. She just lost all her sponsors and had a lot of public hate.

@flying0possum What's really annoying, is that she's all in on this extremist Democrat politics, i.e. that serious threats to Democrat rule should be locked up. She's even a retired lawyer, but she get's triggered and orders me to stop talking when I confront her over this. I'm just listing constitutional law and established legal precedent. That's not cool at all. If you talk radical position, then you better know the basis of those positions.

@starsaber9631 But the other side is hysterical. I have a relative, who is a retired lawyer, and when ever I discuss these cases, she gets triggered and literally demands that I stop talking. But I'm just stating Constitutional amendments and SC case law. The is pure TDS applied in the court system. And they will be utterly humiliated when the SCOTUS rules on this.

You only have to see Pres Biden give a speech to see why they are so insecure. It also shows how decrepit the political establishment is, that they couldn't do better than Biden.
