This is so ridiculous. It was a protest that got out of hand, it wasn't an insurrection or coup. There was a coup attempt in Turkey in 2016. It involved a faction of the military and hundreds of people died.

@rwberger6 Even if people took over the building, that doesn't cause the government to fall. What's really offensive about the Democrats trying to exploit Jan 6 to no end, is their endorsement of riots last year. Those asswipes normalized violent protests. There were a thousand violent protests in 2020.
