  1. The indictment and possible future indictments give Trump a possible angle to win. A populist needs a groundswell of support. Biden could hide in the basement while all his media, government, and party operatives took care of the vote. But Trump needs an actual movement. In 2016 is was having an unlikeable, corrupt, establishment candidate. This time, it could be an authoritarian uniparty that has gone too far.

  2. It's after his opposition showed who they are, that I started supporting him. The Trump scandals have been at least 90% media lies. They're currently prosecuting him over media lies. The payments weren't campaign expenditures according to the FEC. The local prosecutor is trying to contradict the FEC, on a presidential election, which is out of his authority.

  3. The indictment doesn't even mention the crime that his "fraudulent records" is supposed to have covered up. How is, even a corrupt judge, going to keep a straight face? The truth is, the FEC does not consider the payments to be campaign expenditures, so Trump's records are correct. This DA is contradicting the FEC, which has authority here.
