The Trump conviction doesn't matter because no one knows what he was actually convicted of. The jury was literally instructed by the judge to each pick a crime from a list. The Supreme Court has ruled that is unconstitutional BTW, the 6th Amendment requires that a defendant knows what they're being accused of.

They're literally trying to bankrupt Trump and Jones. They're not completely succeeding, but that's because the judicial system has checks on power.

Trump wasn't charged with "retroactively changing business records". He was charged with "falsifying business records to cover up a crime". The business records were not changed. Trump did not enter the business records, some comptroller for the company whom Trump did not talk to did.

The whole case was basically two fraudster extortionists liars, Cohen and Daniels, legally trying to get revenge; Cohen because he was devastated when he wasn't given a job in the Trump administration, and Daniels because she was trying to extort money out of him; and the Democrats taking up their cause, because they hate Trump.

@mghegotagun For example, Biden and his family created 15 shell companies in the last 15 years. That was obviously to prevent money transfers from being traced.

@jaredfrancis5062 The judge and prosecution used tricks to skirt the defendant's constitutional rights. It works for dumb people and political hacks, but would get overturned 9-0 at the Supreme Court.
