  3. All the professional diplomats have to do cleanup, repeatedly. The problem with Biden is that he thinks he's smart and aware of a lot of things. And he's neither, to put it mildly.

  6. Biden is just really dumb. Just a moment of self-reflection, realizing the freakout over the imagined "Russian interference" in US politics, he would realize how Russians would react to "foreign regime change". It's been mentioned that he has no internal monologue.
