  2. The case that's going forward, Alvin Bragg hush money case, is such a joke, that it's a litmus test for who is in this political cult. And the case will certainly drive Trump's support up. He's being accused of falsifying business records to cover up a hush money payment to an aging porn actress. But the hush money agreement was legal. Bragg implies that it was a campaign finance expense, that Trump was trying to hide, but the FEC ruled that it wasn't a campaign finance expense. So how did Trump falsify his records, when they agree with the FEC that it wasn't a campaign finance expense. And even pretending that this is not incoherent nonsense, they're leading witness, Michael Cohen, is a serial liar and perjurer, who lied in court and to congress, and has multiple convictions for lying to banks. And they're only record of the payment is a retainer check Trump paid to Cohen. And responsible judge would throw this out. And Trump is under no legal jeopardy from this.
