  1. Drugs were always a common thing in Portland. I had a sweaty guy with a mullet, raging on meth, kick in my front door when I was home alone at night once. I thought it was funny. I called the cops. And they turned their sirens on miles away, so the guy would have time to leave.

  2.  Random Platypus with Internet  I think what happened is that this guy got all methed up. Then went out to settle a score (he was carrying a metal pipe). But he was high so he went to the wrong house.

  3. It's strange that Portland used to be conservative/libertarian. I suppose they voted for Dukakis in 1988, but before that it was always the Republican, except for Johnson, and going back to FDR. It's the ratios of people, and now the regressives control the government.
