  1. The Florida, "documents case", is falling apart because the judge is actually fair. And the prosecution tampered with evidence. The FBI brought it's on folders with "classified" labels, and they put Trump's documents in their folders. The took pictures of that tampered evidence and gave it to the corporate media. That case was also fake, because the president has THE authority on document classification. The indictment doesn't even mention the presidential records act, which is the law that governs archiving presidential records. That law is a civil statute, because the president has plenary declassification power. The appropriate action over records is a lawsuit, not a criminal case. You can't bust a president for having classified documents, because they can declassify anything at will. But regardless, the prosecution screwed up, so that case is as good as dead. And the judge released prosecution memos which prove that Trump was cooperating and Biden ordered the raid and prosecution.

  2. The CNN legal analysts can't even defend this prosecution and judge. What's changed is that we now can't ignore that anyone defending this kangaroo court is an enemy of the country and all civilized people.

But this case violated so many constitutional rights and legal ethical norms, that it will be overturned if it has to go to the Supreme Court. For example, it's unconstitutional not to inform the defendant of precisely what crime he's a accused of, and split jury decisions are not constitutional.

The majority of the establishment conservatives, who dislike the populist movement, are so disgusted by this blatant politicization and corruption of the legal system, against one party, that they're on Trump's side now. Trump got 200 million in donations in the 2 days since the verdict.
